Today, alas, I forgot about my need for a photo until I was well and truly engaged in cooking dinner on the grill. I remembered as I was grilling the yams which, as I looked at them, appeared more and more photogenic. We did a taste comparison between sweet potatoes and yams, wondering just what the difference between them was. As it turns out, sweet potatoes are, well, sweet.
Who knew.
