Michael Kenna is my primary source of photographic inspiration. In the narrative to a retrospective of his work which I visited a couple of weeks ago, he spoke of his love of trees and his lament that, in his mind at least, boys don't climb trees like they used to when he was a boy. With all that in mind, I dedicate this photo to him.
