Today was cold and rainy. It was good to be inside by the carousel on the waterfront. It was fun seeing the children of all ages, the young with their parents, enjoying the ride, music and lights. But the more I looked at the horses the more strange they became until, finally, they seemed to me something from a Stephen King story.
