Today our adventure began in earnest. It was a bright, clear, hot day and we had a lot to see. For our trip blog go to http://seekingsolarsolace.blogspot.com/. For this post I'll show you the lowest spot in the United States. It's called Badwater, not because the water was bad in any moral sense but simply because it was, and is, so very salty. It's a wildly beautiful spot.
