Seattle, over the past several years, has greatly expanded its cruise ship business. The expansion included a new terminal in Smith Cove near where we live. In today's photo the Carnival Miracle is departing, under ominous skies, from that terminal for a seven day cruise to Alaska. Perhaps the weather will be better there.
