Previously, I posted a photo which illustrated the fact that Seattle streets sometimes become steps, especially in hilly areas like ours. Well, in addition to becoming steps they sometimes become water, as in today's photo which also illustrates what must be some sort of upper limit as to how many signs can be placed on one pole.
